To get 50% off of your painting all you have to do is pay for your painting on or before August 6. That makes the price after the discount ONLY $130 + tax + $10 for shipping! The painting challenge for me starts August 7th. This also guarantees your spot in the contest. Only 7 spots are guaranteed. Since this is a challenge for me, I am going to see how many days I can keep this up, so I may increase that number.

• These will be "alla prima" paintings which means "in one sitting." This means they will be done in a shorter time and will be more expressive than my typical commissions. They will still capture your pet's personality and expression. I actually love a loose, more expressive portrait. It really captures the energy of the artist.

• High-quality mixed-media paper

• Size: 11” x 14”

• A contract must be signed.

• To receive the 50% discount, payment in full must be received on or before August 6th

• Invoices paid between August 7th and August 31st will receive a 25% discount.

• After August 31st, the contest is over, and no more discounts will be applied.

• The form must be filled out to apply. Click the “Paint My Pet” button to complete the form.

• I will commit to painting a painting a day August 7th through at least August 13th. As this is also a challenge for me, I may continue past those 7 days. Let's see how long I can keep it up! If you paid ahead of time, rest assured you made it into the challenge. If you don't see your pet featured in those 7 days, this means I decided to keep going!

• Paintings will not ship until the challenge is complete. Since I will be busy with the painting challenge, I will hang on to the paintings and hopefully make one trip to the post office. Paintings will not ship without full payment.

• This challenge will not follow the process laid out on my commissions page. This will go much faster. If you submit multiple photos, I will choose the best one and there will be no proofing process. No changes will be made to the painting.
